Value Culture presents: Let My People Pho! A Vegan Passover Shabbat Dinner Experience at the Jewish Community Center of San Francsico special for SF Climate Week.
Chef Geoffrey Deetz will be making a full gluten free and vegan menu featuring his famous mushroom pho. Chef will explain the health benefits and climate benefits of the mushrooms used in the pho. Former Le Colonial Executive Chef and GM Chef Deetz has been cooking Vietnamese food for 35 years with 16 years in Vietnam
Hosted by Value Culture Executive Director Adam Swig with special Climate Week guests. All backgrounds are welcome. Adam will lead a spiritually inspired Climate Week themed Shabbat experience. Think "friendsgiving with extra gratitude."
Dinner price is all inclusive including food, drinks, gratuity and song books. Any extra proceeds go to non profit organization Value Culture's climate & community efforts.

This event is also in partnership with the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco and supported by Center for Jewish Food Ethics (CJFE) . This event is also part of Value Culture's Soy Vey series, the intersection of soy sauce and Oi Vey!
