The showcase is the longest running monthly showcase active in the city, and has been voted one of the top date nights in SF.

Comics are performing for tips. Reserved Seating available for purchase.

This special comedy event showcases new comics every month on 3rd Wednesdays. Hosted by future local comedy legends Stephanie Block, Paul Robertson and often special guests... sometimes non profit Value Culture's leader Adam Swig (if Dave Chappelle doesn't show up...) Always expect lots of Special Guests and the unexpected!
This event supports independent comics, this independent venue, diversity and inclusion, the Western Addition neighborhood, and a non profit organization. The event is presented by Value Culture, a California 501c3 non profit and the Boom Boom Room. This is the fourth year of the showcase (formerly at the Hungry i) and it's grown into a beautiful community that has featured over 150 comics.
We often have special themed shows that have raised thousands of dollars for charitable causes.
